We completed the first conference for the 2025-2026 Autonomy Course last week in Phoenix, AZ.

In the first conference, we talk about:

+Created Ambition vs. Inherited Ambition
+The Autonomy to Quit
+Your life’s Calling
+Networks of Contribution vs. Networks of Convenience
+The Forcefield of Business
+Moods
+Inherited Ethics vs. Created Ethics
+Authentic Trust

Our mantras for the Course:
1. Slooooowwww down.
2. less certainty, more inquiry.
3. Now that you know that, what do you know?

We were blown away by the people in the Course and what they’re out to fulfill in their businesses and careers.

Grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such extraordinary people.

We offer that great work - doing the best work of your life, creating an epic company, aligning your work-life with your dharma - will come and grow out of seeing the unseen limits and barriers in “the way it is.”

Because if “it just is the way it is” there is no point in questioning it.

“The way it is” is filled with overlooked ideas and no idea is as overlooked as one that is unthinkable!

The Autonomy Course. Uncommon knowledge. Learning to think and see the marketplace and the world differently.

I find practically all of us want or are committed to having the people around us at work – our colleagues, employees, partners – empowered and fulfilling their talents to the utmost.

However, consider that most obstacles that disempower people and limit people’s potential are set in motion by ourselves! They are rooted in our own fears, ego needs, and unproductive habits. What are these? Good question!

I find many of us have done lots and lots of self-development work as it relates to our lives BUT less so when it comes to work – how we work, the way we work and why we work.

When, as a leader, you explore deep within yourself and inquire into what disempowers and empowers those around you, a transformation can take shape.

What do you think your biggest barrier to others’ empowerment is?

This weekend we are in San Diego with The Autonomy Series.

It is the 50th conference we have held since 2018, between the Course and Series.

I am grateful for the community that has come from The Autonomy Course, and continues to engage and create a New Philosophy of Business with me in the Series. It is beyond what I could have imagined, and it is profoundly fulfilling to see how this community continues to grow, collaborate, and contribute to the world.

The way you practice business as a way of bringing beauty into the world doesn’t have a lot to do with your product or what you do.

It has to do with being aware, of creating yourself as a designer, creator and inventor of conversations, narratives and compelling offers.

It is putting yourself in a feedback loop so you are interacting, growing and connecting – creating partnerships – with the human beings that make up the marketplace.

Business as Art. The Autonomy Course.

In today’s nonstop digital world, many of us unconsciously (or maybe even consciously!) live from the belief, “I’m too busy to learn.”

In today's fast-changing marketplace, it takes an act of intentionality and even rebellion to slow down and take the time required to truly learn, reflect, and inquire.

In my latest blog post, I share what it takes to develop yourself as a learner, and some practices I include in my own daily life to continue to learn amidst the noice of the marketplace (and in my head!)

If you’ve ever felt “too busy to learn,” this one’s for you.

Are you one of the “crazy ones”?

If you’re like us, you might be:

► Wondering where you can go to fulfill a true vision for your business (including if you’re not totally clear on what the vision is but you feel like you have one).
► Ready to evolve from working to make money and have success (“running a business”) to creating a business and a career that fulfills you, creates joy, builds wealth, and improves the quality of your life and the lives of others.
► Craving a community of conscious and committed entrepreneurs, professionals, and business owners who want to create and build successful businesses that also positively contribute to society.
► Tired of the commonplace, ordinary knowledge that every business class, seminar, and workshop has given you, and you’re ready to discover your limitations (i.e. see your own B.S.) and step into a life of autonomy.

The Crazy Ones are banding together for The 10-month evolution that is the Autonomy Course starting September 15th.

Consider that procrastination, stuckness, burnout, lack of inspiration (all of these “normal” experiences that can be part of the Forcefield of Business) are fundamentally a lack of connection.

Connection to purpose.
Connection to heart.
Connection to your Calling.
Connection to Source.
Connection to the answer to the profound question, “Why am I here and why am I doing what I’m doing?”

And that connection requires that we practice PAUSING.

If you are an entrepreneur, business professional, or founder who is experiencing being stuck, is procrastinating important tasks and projects, or is feeling burnt out or uninspired:

Schedule a call with us. Take a pause. Slow down. Connect. You’ll be surprised by what becomes available in our space.

If you’re interested in connecting with us and learning more about how The Autonomy Course could impact you and your business, schedule a Connection Call with us. Link is in my comments. We’d love to take a moment to pause and connect with you.

Is The Autonomy Course worth the investment?

It can be daunting to sign up for 10 months of ontological and philosophical discourse for your business when you need to see a return on your investment.

Our community, Course, and distinctions include our passion for accomplishment - we stand for extraordinary performance that results in extraordinary accomplishments. We believe you can do it!

Here is what one founder and CEO said about the value of the course for her business.
