Here’s the 411 on the bag 💼 & 🍞

🧐Sooo homemade jerky is a little different then store bought as no crazy additives so it has a shelf life of about 1-2 weeks (Refrigerate to extend )

💼 Storing for a day or two in a paper bag allows the jerky to expel any existing moisture which will help it last longer. This can be done before storing in an air tight container.

🍞 sometimes I throw a piece of bread in the bag to make it a little more tender as I am super extra safe to be sure fullly dehydrated so sometimes it’s a littler over done can be rudder the 🍞 makes it soft again !!
