The other day I was trying to get some work done, when my 3yr old dumped an entire container of pancake syrup in a bowl of cereal (as you can imagine, it didn't fit and went everywhere).

So to the parents sitting at home, *trying* to build an empire all while juggling all of the little life moments AND little people?!

Best answer? It depends

It could look like managing the launch strategy developed by a marketer or social media strategy made by a SMM.

It could be ensuring staff are meeting their “to-dos”, or it could be updating business practices, planning the ex*****on of a practice expansion, etc!

There are so many ways Project Management touches what is done in a practice.

The main thing to remember, is that each practice will function in it's own unique way, and will have it's own set of specific needs. My approach is not a one size fits all kind of thing.

But rather, really deep diving into your goals, how your business is functioning, and what project management could look like to your unique business model.

There's a lot to be said for peace of mind.

When you're juggling *all* the things, it's easy to just live in a bit of a frantic state of mind.

Always wondering if you've forgotten something, adding more things to your to do list, and wondering just *how* many to-do's you can squeeze into your day!

When you decide to invest in support and start outsourcing your tasks, what you're really investing in, is peace of mind.

YES the investment allows you to streamline your business, and YES you can increase your efficiency in certain tasks

When the processes in your practice aren't organized or improved on a (semi) regular basis, things can start to fall apart or feel a little disjointed.

One of the things I do for my clients is look at process improvement.

👉 This is where you look at a specific task, and break it down into individual steps

👉 Then I review how it's done and what the optimal process would look like!

👉 From there, we can start to make a plan to get as close as possible to the optimal process, considering things like time, budget and man power.

👉 This ensures that tasks are done are run optimally and efficiently, so time isn’t wasted on unnecessary tasks/steps and the process is documented so it makes training any future staff easier!

Where will you take your family next?

We are super excited for an upcoming family vacation this February, going to the Zion national park in Utah, and the Grand Canyon. We will also e doing a Hoover Dam tour!
