Marcel Breuer's Wassily Chair is a prime example of effectively applied human-centered design principles.

Inspired by his observations of cyclists and bicycle arm support, Breuer aimed to design a chair that similarly provided comfort and functionality.

Through the process of observation, ideation, prototyping, testing, and refinement, he crafted the Wassily Chair - sleek, minimalist, comfortable, and and functional.

The chair was an instant success, and its design has stood the test of time, inspiring generations of designers and becoming a staple of modern furniture design.

These same principles of human-centred design can and should be applied to Customer Experience Design too!
