A new name needs a place on the building.

For Summit at Wash Park in Denver, we helped bring that name to the front entrance. The white channel letters and mountain logo stand out against the dark brick, making the community easy to recognize and reflecting its mix of modern living and outdoor appeal.

This project is part of our work across the US for SUMMIT. We fabricated the signs and worked with a local team in Denver, CO, to install them. Having one signage partner carry the work from production through installation helps property owners keep their brand consistent across locations, with less coordination on their plate.
