This past year I’ve learned to look at things from a different perspective. Rejection is just redirection and protection. Everything in life happens at exactly the right moment that it’s supposed to. When you put out the vibration of love you receive that love back in abundance. Thank you to everyone that I was blessed to connect with this past year.
Chapter 28 it has been real✌🏿. Excited to see what chapter 29 has in store for me and The Love Project.

2021 has been filled with so many highs. Created my own self-love brand, earned my first high school girls basketball head coaching job, started a college scholarship for high seniors and stepped out on faith on resigning from my government job in order to move to San Diego. This year I’ve been blessed to forge relationships and friendships with amazing individuals that have only existed in my dreams.
But I wouldn’t be honest if I didn’t highlight that I’ve felt every human emotion this year. Self-doubt, imposter syndrome, fear and failure. This year was a year of growth and getting thrown out of my comfort zones.
For anyone who comes across this post and feels like they have more lows than highs or experienced all lows this year I just want to encourage you to keep going. Don’t give up on whatever you are looking to achieve. Keep pushing forward. We have to go through the ugliness before we are blessed with the beauty of life.

Walk with me for a second: the moment we realize the importance of taking the time to properly heal from our traumas and hurt, is the moment we simultaneously allow ourselves to feel whole in other areas of our lives!

Having a clear vision and displaying gratitude will allow you to accomplish anything you want in your life. The Love Project Collective was created and cultivated through my own personal trauma and pain. Those experiences caused me to live in that trauma and pain and even had me believing that everything that I experienced defined who I was. Through healing, and seeking professional help I was able to navigate through these experiences so that I could create a project that could help individuals see the worth in themselves no matter what they’ve been through. If people are able to heal and start loving themselves then we can start to spark a true change in our communities, how we raise our youth and how we see and treat one another.

“Back in the summer of 2019 I experienced some of life’s greatest struggles and as a young man who didn’t know how to cope with his feelings, emotions, and thoughts I relied on the one thing that I knew would numb the pain and stop the thoughts, w**d lol. I continued to smoke until the day I got drug tested while in the Navy.
I knew the consequences of my actions before I even took my first hit, but my “f**k it” attitude eventually caught up to me. I received my reward (punishment) and was processed out of the military in February of 2020. With no plan and $20,000 of debt I walked around this earth aimlessly for about 2-3 months. That was until God stepped in and I started bearing the fruits from the seeds I planted months prior.
I got set up with a car, stimulus check (first round), and a job all on my birthday of April 2020. I worked there for a little over a year and eventually quit because it was no longer serving my purpose nor giving me the sense of fulfillment in my life. I decided I’m gonna go back to school and pursue my degree in digital video, and being creative gives me the greatest sense of fulfillment and purpose for my life.
Now it has been over 2 years and my life has got from rock bottom to “living my best life”. I’m financially secure, getting educated for free, and doing what I love. Happy and full of life, I want to remind whoever finds this that no matter your situation just apply Faith, Patience, and Consistency and you WILL get through any and all obstacles life throws at you. Lastly, don’t forget to Laugh and Smile through all the confusion because it can always be worse.”
