Self Love Friday is a space where working women get to play ✨

It's an evening where attendees get to indulge in services provided by other women business owners in our community.

It's the perfect place to try something new, get a taste of a service you've been curious about, and make friends in your network ~ all without breaking the bank.

How does it work?…

Think speed dating but for services you wanna try! 🤭
Vendors at Self Love Friday have 20 minute 1:1 sessions available for you to receive a service from them! The vendors are wellness or business based and they are stoked to show you what they offer!

These events have been SO MUCH fun and so expansive.
Even I'm blown away by the sessions we've been able to offer all under one roof. 🧚🏻‍♂️

Self Love Friday is a movement that grew out of my mission to inspire working women, even myself, to have fun.

Over a year ago, I realized that I was working a ton, looking into the future often, and always waiting for something or someone.

As the organizer that I am, I made a list of the things that make me feel incredible, held, and in my zone.

I decided to wear one of the outfits I'd been saving and go do something I loved that Friday.
And I decided I wouldn't invite anyone. I'd just go.

I had a blast! I met new people. I had incredible conversations. I've been celebrating loving myself every Friday since.

I found that among my friends and clients -- play often comes with guilt. There's a feeling of needing to be somewhere else.

At Self Love Friday there’s no guilt. It’s a pop up space with a curated list of vendors where you can come to play.
