Before you think about hiring - get your time back so you can focus on content, sales calls, and making more money.. then pay to hire someone. Like this:
️⃣ Start by building a commonly asked question chart. Write down all the questions your clients ask you. Make a bunch of guides and resources answering those questions!
️⃣ slowly drip out/share those resources with your clients during each phase that they may ask, ex) in the habits phase they will probably be asking questions about getting in steps or a step goal. Teach them the importance of steps, NEAT, etc.
️⃣ build base workout program templates that progress. No, this isn’t custom but the goal isn’t making everyone’s program from scratch. Instead you have multiple base programs that you assign then edit per client.
️⃣ create a group chat. Assign a long term, higher level client to help you answer questions in the chat. Have clients ask all their questions in there (focus on building more community)
️⃣self led check ins- having clients check in with you when they’ve adhered to protocol & see no changes. Holding them to a higher standard is key to results.
