work smarter + have ChatGPT or Claude build out your SOPs for when you a hire a VA -

just because a virtual assistant is trained, doesnā€™t mean they are trained FOR YOUR COMPANY .. so if you want a faster return on investment you still need to build out & provide them with a specific flow to support lead generation šŸ¤

business felt heavy + hard when I was a fitness coach in 2021 because I scaled with literally no structureā€¦

I skipped family time, vacations, hang out with friends, date nights + dinnersā€¦

I lost relationships and thought it was because I was ā€œtoo goodā€ but really I just didnā€™t put any effort into them anymore.

It was me. I was the issue. I did everything manually.
I grew a business where I worked more as I signed more clients.

But now? Thatā€™s not the case.

Now I travel every month, hang with friends during the weekdays, take off on weekends

& we teach our clients how to do this too!šŸ¤
