What was previously filmed here in this area? That might be a normal underwater set built in a large brewery silo but who knows, later on Linda carter looked like used a swimming pool in probably more than one movie. Drown everybody in the valley then fake help them out of there and take them somewhere safer one at a time and nobody can tell if they are replaced. Might also be the site of Star Wars a New Hope.

Bogey \ boogie \ ogey probably ogley
Probably some diversionary tactics with the airplanes. Bogey is not being about eye movement or eye stealing with ogly.
And look at this it's probably the same animated Ghostbusters The real Ghostbusters that had the boogeyman looking like a frankensteiners creeper but they probably came back and did this werewolf version of The Boogeyman which was hilarious. This is what I remember what a boogeyman was.
