This has been an insane year for both my ecom brands & our portfolio brands 🚀
Some of the biggest lessons I’ve personally learnt after doing DTC e-commerce marketing // dropshipping over the past 5 years has been this:
1. Leverage & Time Management:
Time & energy pays compound interest - focus on hiring & training top talent rather than doing things yourself..
2. Revenue Driving Activities Only:
If the task you’re working on doesn’t drive in more revenue, there’s no point in doing it. Remember to move fast, don’t stall.
3. Data Driven Decisions:
Before you judge & make an impulsive decision in business, remind yourself to test it and look at the data - the data never lies…
4. Isolate Your Dopamine:
How you do one thing is how you do everything, the only way to maintain laser focus is by removing all other sources of dopamine & isolating it to the mission.
5. Thing Big:
Clearly visualize the end goal, obsess over it, and remind yourself WHY you’re working so hard… it’s easy to lose purpose and get distracted.
With Q4 right around the corner, it’s time to hit new heights and see where this journey takes me & the team 🚀
