Primarily a training and education company, we have many programs to help us address liquor liability issues in bars and clubs. We use onsite evaluations, job specific training programs, unique insight and a one of a kind method to help operators raise their standards and lower liquor liability. In 1998 we created the first job specific training program for "bouncers". Our first training program w
as 6 hours in length, then slowly increased to 8 hours, then 10 hours and finally to the current 16 hours long. Although we still currently offer our 8 and 10 hour training program across the country, our California training has recently become the national standard for the training of in house guards of Bouncers. Our California training program was developed after several laws were passed from 2005 to 2009. The end result of the laws were that all in house guards, including bouncers, were now required to register with the state, obtain a full criminal background check and complete a state approved training program.
