Douglas Wilson Companies has announced today that Michele Vives, longtime company vice president, has been named president of DWC. Douglas Wilson will maintain his role as Chairman and CEO. Michele joined the firm in 2014 and has overseen projects with a value of more than $750 million including dozens of new developments, entitlements, and master-planning projects throughout the country, across the company’s business channels from advisory services to ground-up development.

In her role as Vice President, Michele provides real estate development and advisory services for Douglas Wilson Companies and its clients. In her career, Michele has been directly involved in the development of over 3 million square feet of master planned communities, office, retail, hotel, and senior living projects with a combined value of over $1 billion. We are so excited to have Michele as our board member!
