Four things I regret, from over 4,500 paid UGC videos.

I was afraid to make a lot of videos and be on camera. I was afraid to walk into local mom and pop shops, and they welcome the attention. I didn't automate my editing early, and it took up 75% of my work time. And I waited too long to upsell two packages for a bigger discount, which got me almost three times more per client.
