2020 has been the year of total disruption which honestly should have catapulted you into thinking OUTSIDE OF THE BOX.... I had to execute the decision to show up completely as myself without fearing that I won’t fit someone else’s protocol that would open the door of opportunity to fulfill my destiny. And be more than ok to rest in the fact that I am fearfully and wonderfully made to BUILD MY OWN TABLE and to engage others to tap inward and do the same while creating opportunities versus waiting for opportunities...

My kids have celebrated me and have supported me to not only pursue but to fulfill my dreams as they continue to dream and project steps to fulfill their own destiny.

For my coaching and mentoring clients/prospects, my coaching and mentoring style is as illustrated in the name of my business, "BY DESIGN"!

Which simply means, you are uniquely created and as we work together our time together is indeed custom fitted for Y-O-U, even as I offer group coaching sessions whether for my mentees, professionals in corporate environments or a group of moms via my nonprofit organization. I keep my group small whenever I do group sessions and even events, which is my PERSONAL PREFERENCE because of my conviction of desiring to be profoundly impactful in hopes that the person can reproduce the experience for someone else... (which I refer to as the pay it forward bonus)
