Hello my Luminous Spirits. I am so excited to share with you all what I’ve been working on this past year!
�As I reflect on my post from a year ago, I can see how much of what is currently in my life was attracted by my way of thinking. However, GROWTH has taken place. The LIGHT provided healing. LOVE provided the space for deeper understanding of self and mankind.

Like attracts like, and we each attract and create our world. You are an artist, and your life is a blank canvas. By focusing not on what was, only what can be, and eventually, what is, you can create the world you choose.
Everyone wants abundance in life. Living an abundant life begins with believing in and focusing on an abundant world. Whatever we put our attention to will expand. If we focus on lack, failing relationships, not finding work, or not having enough money, we live in those “ realities”. �As a life and leadership coach, I look at the world as an abundant place with enough resources for all. My wish is for my clients to do the same.We have to remember that our thoughts affect our emotions which will lead into our actions. .

Are you someone who is continuously faced with problems in life?

To call something a “ problem” is to create a disempowering judgment. There are no problems, only opportunities for increasing potential on this amazing journey we call life.

As a life coach, I have learned that there is no good or bad, there is no right or wrong, all is simply an opportunity. I couldn’t imagine my life with out those opportunities to helped me grow. With out those challenges, there wouldn’t be no purpose to life.

Are you someone who tries to control everything in life?

Foundation Principle: Life is a perfect adventure, a game that cannot be won or lost, only played “ Life is a box of chocolates, and you never know what you’re going to get”- Forrest Gump.

When people open up to the mysteries available in life, they become empowered to experience all there is. Instead of trying to control things and create what must or should happen, it is far more enjoyable to feel the excitement of not knowing what “might” happen.

There is no need to try and control anything, Be free from need. Without expectations, there cannot be disappointments. Ironically, once you give up the need to control, you gain ultimate control.

Do you know the difference between true and truth?

Foundation Principle: Truth exists regardless of belief or consensus . “ Facts are the enemy of truth.” - Miguel De Cervantes.

If everyone in the world still believed the world was flat, would it be flat? Some things are TRUTH whether you believe them or not. Wise people question everything! It may not be a good idea to believe everything on first exposure, and most importantly, do not believe everything that you think about yourself that is limiting you in any way.

In terms of consciousness, TRUTH is who you really are, true is who you think you are.

Can you identify at this moment what your life purpose is?

Coaching principle: We are each here for a special purpose.

“ If a man is called to be a street sweeper, he should sweep the streets as Michelangelo painted, or Beethoven composed music, or Shakespeare wrote poetry.” - Martin Luther King Jr.

I believe that we are all part of a bigger puzzle of life and each one of us holds a special puzzle piece no one else has. Everyone has a unique purpose here. Some make music, others listen. Each part of the whole.

It is a profound honor and very rewarding experience to help someone sing their true song. As a coach, I understand that in order to sing and lives one’s purpose, it isn’t necessarily important what you do, or how you do it, but how you express your True Self in whatever you do.

Which energy block is currently holding power over your life?!

A year ago today, I sat in front of my computer and contemplated sharing my gift with the world. After many years of trying to deny and/or escape my reality of who I really was, it was finally the time to let my Luminous Light out and share it with the world.

It has been a year nothing short of amazing. I quickly learned how much your life can change in a positive way by simply living in your purpose. Everything I do today I do it with a purpose. Every step I take I know there's a meaning to it. I now understand the power of the mind. I know that what or thoughts affect our feelings which lead to our actions.

It's time for you to step in your purpose. Put the ego aside. Tap into who you really are which is a spiritual being. Allow something greater than you to guide you and protect you. There is no greater pleasure then knowing that what you are dedicating your time and attention is something meaningful and purposeful.

As a teacher, my goal is to teach people about the power they hold as spiritual beings. I want to teach all generations about the importance of self love , self respect and self knowledge. I truly believe that when a person is able to tap into a higher state of consciousness and use that to align themselves with who they truly are, then they will live a meaningful , purposeful and fulfilled life 🤙🏽💫

was a international . His story is nothing shorty of amazing.

When I decided to pursue my studies in the field of spirituality, I ended up at Delphi University. I was able to learn so much about my spiritual self during this program. One of the highlights was realizing the meaning of a spirit guide. I learned that we are born with three of these guides.

The beauty about this new discovery is that I realized that Arthur Ford was my spirit guide. This is when I began to learn more about the life and work that Arthur became a part of during his time. He gives me the confidence to go beyond and above with my gift.

The academy that I graduated from happen to be the Arthur Ford International Academy of Mediumship at Delphi University. Coincidence ? Or destiny?
