A few weeks ago we helped a nice gentleman from Los Angles fine-tuning this
EG-1 espresso grinder.

So y'all probably already know a lot about this grinder if you are reading this and our first impression was .

First and most important, it makes super fluffy grounds which results in rich flavorful espresso. It is easy not to mention it when there are so many details to look at, the slented "microscope" look (don't know why everyone is calling it like that) the air slots, grind size collar , and bean funnel.

Our favorite part is the lower burr carrier with the paper flaps.

It just makes sense.

from a technical point of you it was also a joy to work on because of the engineering and agronomics that was put into it.

Looking forward for the new KEY grinder, hopefully we can get our hands on one soon 馃槈 stay tuned.

Minimalistic Design Meets Espresso.
The HG-1 by is a massive hand grinder that will deliver accurate fluffy grounds for that perfect shot of espresso.

It is constructed of precision all metal pieces well put together in a functional composition that provides comfort and ease of use while looking good on your counter. Originally used the Mazzer Robur 71mm conical burrs, this hand grinder is like no other.

We had fun working on this until and hopefully one day we can add one to our collection.

Aaaaaand done!

Two La Marzocco Linea Mini machines in RAL 7035 90 Gloss, so beautiful!

Upgraded IoT controller is super important as it will add the App and features that will improve the espresso quality. Setting pre-infusion time and brew temperature accurately are key as more control over the different variables means a more accurate shot.

The Linea Mini is the best machine for the price (in our opinion) and if you have an older model, upgrading to the new IoT is a great option.
If you have the new version and want it to be even better, check out what @ is up to as the new upgrades they make are incredible. If you live in the Bay area and thinking about upgrading to the new gear pump mod feel free to DM.
