We're excited to welcome Thiago Lucidi as our new Head of Sales.
Thiago joins Jeff Brown Yachts with nearly a decade in luxury yacht and marine sales, brand management, and commercial strategy across the Americas. Most recently, he served as Pershing and Itama Brand Manager, Americas at Ferretti Group America, where he led the commercial plan, built marketing partnerships, and drove multimillion-dollar revenue across dealers, brokers, and clients. Along the way, he's positioned brands at major U.S. boat shows and private owner events and worked hand-in-hand with large sales networks on product strategy and deal progression.
Before Ferretti, he held sales leadership roles at Sea Machines Robotics, Consilium Marine Safety, and Palfinger Marine — building distributor networks and leading teams across commercial, government, and industrial marine markets.

A certified PMP, fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Thiago will lead sales strategy for our portfolio brands across all JBY locations nationwide.
