EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: Between my Spirituality, a lot of Therapy and all of the Coaching I've done over three decades(as an HR Consultant), one of single most critical competencies I leveraged on a daily basis was E.I.

Whether coaching a Manager through a tough conversation with an employee, Volunteering time at the local homeless shelter - OR - Participating in a BOD meeting at church, one's Emotional Intelligence is their greatest asset to ensuring effective communications, mutual understanding, mitigating conflict, as well as in building greater rapport, trust and credibility with those whom you work with, live with, love and admire = SUCCESS!!!
