1. Your people matter more than your plan.
The right community will keep you standing when your plan falls apart. Choose wisely.

2. Celebrate the small wins.
Business can feel like a grind. Taking time to pause and honor the progress is fuel for the long road.

3. Don’t chase every spark—build your fire.
Opportunities are everywhere, but saying no to the wrong ones creates space for the right ones.

4. Resilience is your real superpower.
You don’t need to know everything. You need to get back up—again and again.

5. Success looks different at every stage.
