What's for dinner?! Quinoa burgers! No meat and still packing 10g of protein in each one of these little guys! Only 136 cals per burger. I like whole grain toast with mine.

Many people forget or give up running in their attempt to lose weight. Running is a very effective and useful tool to burn calories and a lot of them. Even if it starts with walking you can work on from there to jogging. Our bodies were made to undergo physical stress! Set an attainable goal and reach it!
