Thanks IEA for another GREAT experience. Just wrapped up four days of intensive learning and collaboration at the International Enneagram Association conference in Minneapolis. Surrounded by leaders and practitioners from around the world, we explored the deep dynamics of leadership, team development, and human behavior in today’s accelerated landscape of change and high-stakes environment.
One powerful & clear insight: adaptability, and being able to lead through complexity, change, and conflict are strategic imperatives. As executive leaders, how we navigate conflict, motivate diverse teams, and evolve our leadership approach directly shapes organizational resilience and performance.
One powerful moment for me came during a session on conflict navigation—realizing how often even experienced leaders default to reactive patterns under pressure, and how much more effective we can be when we lead from awareness rather than urgency.
