بعد ٥ أسابيع انقطاع عن الرياضة غصب عنّي، رجعت من جديد 💪🏻❤️

وجسمي عنجد بستاهل منّي كل التقدير، لأنّه مرق بكتير أشياء، ومع هيك بعده عم يحارب معي كل يوم.

تعلّمت إنّه القوّة مش إنّك ما توقعي، القوّة إنّك تعرفي تعطي حالك وقت، تتعافي، وترجعي توقفي على إجريك من جديد.

Sometimes we go through seasons in life that we simply don’t understand. We question the timing, the delays, the closed doors, and wonder, “Why is this happening?”

But even when we don’t understand the season, God is still faithful. 🤍

He sees what we can’t see. He knows what we don’t know. And He has a plan and a purpose for our lives, even in the chapters that feel confusing.

Trust Him in the waiting. Trust Him in the rebuilding. Trust Him in the becoming. ✨

Becoming a mother made me realize I couldn’t stay the same version of myself.

I had to evolve.
I had to grow.
I had to heal.
I had to work on myself.

Because now, it’s not just about the life I want for me. It’s about the life I want to create for them.

I want to be able to provide my kids with a beautiful life, but I also want to show them what it looks like to dream bigger, take action, keep learning, and never stop becoming.

Our kids don’t just listen to what we say.
They watch what we DO.

So I decided to lead by example.

Building my business became part of that journey, creating more freedom, growing personally, and building something that could give my family more options for the future.

Your kids don’t need a perfect mom.
They need a mom who is willing to grow. ❤️

Part 2 of my interview with my business partners 🤍

One of the biggest things this community taught me was the importance of how I talk to myself.

For a long time, I was much harder on myself than I needed to be. I focused on what I wasn’t doing right, what I wasn’t good enough at, and all the reasons I should doubt myself.

But something changed when I surrounded myself with the right people.

They saw qualities in me that I couldn’t see in myself yet.

They reminded me of my strengths. They encouraged me. They believed in me. And little by little, I started believing in myself too.

I started becoming more intentional about my self-talk.

Instead of:
❌ “I’m not good enough.”
I started saying:
✨ “I am capable.”
✨ “I am worthy.”
✨ “I am a good person.”
✨ “I deserve more.”
✨ “I can figure this out.”

And that shift matters.

Because the way you speak to yourself becomes the way you see yourself, and the way you see yourself influences the actions you take.

Sometimes you just need the right community to remind you of who you are until you can see it for yourself. 🤍

A quick interview with our business partners in Calgary, Canada 🇨🇦❤️

When they asked me about my experience being on stage and sharing my journey, I said it was truly an incredible experience.

Before the event, I prayed that every word I shared would reach someone's heart, relate to their struggles, and help them see that change is possible. 🙏🏻

Seeing so many tears in the room reminded me that so many people are struggling silently. My biggest hope was for them to know one thing: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. ❤️
