With a combined 25+ years in the beauty and fragrance industry, co-founders Amanda Sichon & seda bilginer realized the potential toxicity of ingredients as well as the wastefulness of the manufacturing process. Wanting to create products that are good for consumers, the planet, and those developing them using waste-free manufacturing, Amanda and Seda left the industry in 2019.

Together, they then co-founded Esas Beauty, the first female-founded organic and sustainable fragrance and beauty house in the U.S. Their luxury products are developed to enhance the over well-being of consumers while keeping sustainability at the core of their brand. All Esas Beauty products have fully transparent formulas made with natural ingredients that are locally sourced from organic and vertical farms in an effort to reduce the overall environmental footprint.

Having spent ages in labs cultivating and imaging cells, founder Alexandra Boussommier-Calleja became frustrated with the lack of automation in the fertility industry leading to costly mistakes and delays with infertility treatments.

ImVitro is Alexandra's response to this frustration. ImVitro is an AI based SaaS platform that improves IVF outcomes by helping IVF experts better prepare and evaluate embryos. ImVitro's AI predicts the chances of embryos to lead to a pregnancy based on computer vision algorithms to help embryologists better choose which embryo to transfer.

Founder Sheena Jongeneel has felt this frustration and, as a result, founded Stylette to provide a platform where parents can recycle their children's clothing for credit/cash as well as rent clothing.
