JunkMD is San Diego's premiere junk removal and hauling company that has been operating in San Diego since 2005. Dave stumbled upon the opportunity to take over JunkMD in 2012 (he previously owned a successful moving company) and became the proud owner May 2012. He started out as a one man operation and now oversees the entire corporation with his fiance, Clemencia, who came on board as a partner in 2018. We take pride in being involved in our community - we are here to help you "Make Space for What Matters".

This was a great moment❤️

Last week, Clemencia and I had the opportunity to speak in front of a group of about 60 property managers at our monthly meeting.

Honestly, I wasn’t totally sure how it was going to go...

but it turned into a really solid experience 👍

We ended up talking through a lot of the real situations property managers deal with- tenant move-outs, units getting left a mess, bulky items, tight turnaround times...

and how we can help take that stress off their plate and get things handled quickly.

It was a good reminder of how valuable it is to have someone you can call, trust, & know it will be taken care of 🚛 - do you know anyone like that?

If so drop their name in the comments and let them know👇🏼

p.s. congrats to Max at for winning our giveaway away! We hope you enjoy that cooler and gift certificate!

2025 Recap
Team Member Edition

We asked our team what they are most grateful for this year, and here is what they shared:

Grateful for
• their employment
• their coworkers who feel like family
• the financial stability that can lean on

Then we asked about their 2026 goals

They are committed to prioritizing
• their health
• saving money
• cutting back on fast food

Highlights that made us smile:
• Chris has lost 100 pounds since joining the team
• Joey moved into a much better living situation
• Diego bought a gaming system he once thought was out of reach
• Jr is committed to saving money, something he was never interested in before

Our biggest takeaway:
We love creating an environment that supports real personal and professional growth. The gratitude practice we’ve built into our culture is part of who we are, and it will stay at the center of how we lead in 2026 and beyond.

This is more than junk removal.
It is a team culture built on gratitude, growth, and Making Space for What Matters, every single day.

Drop some love for our crew in the comments💚
