Alarms Unlimited Professional Security Solutions has a legacy in the alarm business stretching way back to 1947. That was the year my father started his burglar alarm company in Redwood City, CA. I worked alongside my father in his business before branching out to gain even greater experience and knowledge in the security industry. In 1974 I founded Alarms Unlimited in San Diego. Alarms Unlimited

started out as a burglar and fire alarm company serving residential clients and built a central station. It wasn’t long before we took our success in the residential market and applied it to the commercial market. After working in the commercial market for several years technology started changing rapidly. CCTV and Access Control became a mainstream component in the physical security arsenal. It was only logical that we bring these other technologies into our offerings. Many years later, after becoming a leader in integrated security solutions, we have discovered that the name Alarms Unlimited no longer conveyed all that we do. In 2010 we adopted the name “Alarms Unlimited Professional Security Solutions” to better represent what a 67 year legacy can provide for you.
