Let go, or be dragged.
That’s the message that landed on my heart today — and maybe it’s meant for you, too.

So many of us grip the past with white knuckles.
We hold the traumas.
The betrayals.
The childhood wounds.
What the ex said.
What the boss did.
How we were forgotten, abandoned, overlooked.

And when we hold on that tightly, we create a vibration that invites heaviness — stagnation — and yes, even low-frequency attachment in the emotional and physical body. The longer we cling, the more we carry. The more we hold, the more we hurt.

Sometimes cleansing isn’t just physical.
It’s emotional.
It’s spiritual.
It’s energetic.

If you find yourself feeling heavy, reactive, foggy, or toxic — it may be time to release. Time to forgive. Time to unclench the past and open your palms to possibility.

Let go, or be dragged.
Today, I choose to let go.
I choose to release.
I choose surrender with gratitude — knees to earth, heart wide open — for this miracle of being alive.
