You raised the fee. You filled the caseload. You got off the panel. And the voice that says it could all fall apart by next quarter did not get quieter; it just got better at whispering at 9pm.
We asked our community what they are afraid to say out loud. Inside the Business School for Therapists classroom and across our broader list. What came back was more honest than we expected, and it came from therapists who are doing well. Losing work to AI. Never filling a practice. Big tech squeezing out solo practitioners. Making the most money of your life and being terrified you cannot repeat it.
Here is what that told us: fear is not a math problem. If it were, a full calendar would fix it. So in this episode we talk about what fear actually asks for; how to tell whose fear you are carrying, why somatic work resolves what pros-and-cons lists never do, and how fear-based advice spreads at therapist networking tables disguised as practical guidance.
There is a short guided reflection near the end. Listen somewhere you can be still if that is available to you.
