OMG y’all I totally forgot to post my Day 28 – L4/L5 decompression fusion recovery update 🤦🏽♀️
First of all… why is it FREEZING 🥶 in San Diego?!
And why did I think flip flops were a good idea?! Never again 😂
I swear I’d be walking way faster if my toes weren’t turning into popsicles… or maybe I was fast because I was freezing 🏃🏽♀️❄️🤣
Either way — I showed up, I walked, and I’m getting stronger every single day. That’s the win. 💪✨
