Welcome to San Diego Fruit Carving, established in 2007 By American Culinary Federation 3 time Gold Medalist and ACF Presidential Award winner, Laura Lynn. I specialize in creating showstopping fruit & vegetable carving centerpieces, fruit displays, charcuterie, and Belgian chocolate fountain layouts. I am also an adjunct culinary instructor (garde manger) at Mesa College in San Diego, California.
