Taking good care of ourselves is usually difficult during the holiday season, when we tend to focus on everyone else’s needs, and don’t make time for ourselves.
Self-care is one of the best gifts you can give. The benefits are enormous for each of us, and when we are healthy in mind/body/spirit, we are better able to enrich the lives of those around us.
Be selfish. Take care of yourself so you can then focus on others. It’s a win/win!
