 Eight years ago this morning, I felt like the world head ended, and nothing could ever be OK again. And then, because I’ve trained myself, I picked up my pendulum and started asking questions about the energy behind the tremendous upset I was feeling.
A few trapped negative emotions from when I was a kid showed up to be acknowledged and cleared. And that’s it.
And after about 15 minutes of clearing some old energy that had similar resonance to what I was feeling that morning, I felt fine again.
The election results hadn’t changed, but I felt like me again and could go about my day.
There is magic in our triggers. If you know what you’re looking for, and recognize the exploration possibility when we feel like s**t, life gets better and better.
I woke up this morning to the news of the election. If you read my book, you know exactly how I feel about this person. The magic part is that I have yet to feel triggered by any of this. This is not to say that I am a fan of this man in any way, because I’m not. But whenever I get triggered, I clean it up energetically, so I don’t have to keep getting triggered by that energy.
I cannot tell you how powerful it is to know that if I get triggered, I can clean it up energetically and more than likely feel fine within moments. I am so passionate about this that I wrote a book about it. writing this book was the hardest fu***ng thing I’ve ever done and it’s incredibly vulnerable, but I did it to help people recognize the magic in our triggers.
