Finding balance, one breath at a time ✨
 
SMPS San Diego members took a break from the demands of their day jobs at our Building Balance event, where Cynthia Delaney of Equilibrium by Cynthia guided attendees through yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork techniques to help reduce stress and recharge.

The afternoon wrapped up with acai bowls, refreshments, and great conversation. Thanks to everyone who joined us!
