I figured it's probably time I introduce myself since I'm usually busy talking about WIBC and what we're doing next.

I'm Stephanie Munson. I run Moxie Creative Solutions, my digital marketing business, and I'm also the founder and president of Women in Business Connections (WIBC).

Through Moxie, I work with small businesses, solo entrepreneurs, and nonprofits on website design, local SEO, branding, and marketing strategy. I enjoy helping business owners figure out what they actually need instead of adding more to their plates.

I started WIBC about four years ago because I wanted a different kind of networking experience. I'm not a big fan of elevator pitches or feeling like every conversation needs to lead to a sale.

I wanted something more relaxed, where women could talk business, learn from each other, and build relationships naturally.

In March 2026, WIBC became a nonprofit, which was a pretty big milestone.

Between Moxie and WIBC, I wear a lot of hats. Some days I probably wear too many. But I enjoy what I do, and I like being part of our local small business community.

A small way to support a fellow business owner: leave a review after you’ve used their services or purchased from them.

Tell people what you loved, what they helped you with, or why you’d recommend them. A few honest sentences can help someone else feel more comfortable choosing that business.

At WIBC, we want to support each other beyond our meetings. If you’ve had a good experience with someone in our community, take a few minutes this week to share it on their Google, Yelp, or page.

They may know you appreciate them. Let other people know, too.

WIBC is adding another way to help women build practical skills they can use in business and beyond.

We’re opening access to Google Career Certificate opportunities through Grow with Google.

The programs are online and self-paced, with certificate options in areas like:

• Project Management
• Digital Marketing & E-commerce
• Data Analytics
• UX Design
• IT Support
• Cybersecurity and more

These programs are designed for beginners, so you don’t need previous experience in the field to get started.

This opportunity is available to women who have attended a WIBC meeting or are current paid WIBC members.

WIBC is about more than bringing women together. We also want to connect our community with useful resources, education, and opportunities that can help them move forward.

What is one thing you still want to accomplish before the end of the year?

Maybe it’s finishing a project you keep putting off, following up with someone you met, or finally making time for your own business plans.

You don’t have to squeeze an entire year’s worth of goals into the next three months. Pick one thing that matters to you and give it some attention.

WIBC members, sharing an opportunity to make time for your own goals while bringing people together.

Clarissa Ramsey Studio is booking Vision Board Workshops for fall 2026 and early 2027. These guided workshops offer space to reflect, get creative, and think about what’s next.

Workshops are available for workplaces, community organizations, women’s groups, nonprofits, senior communities, and private gatherings. Materials are provided, and no artistic experience is needed.
