Being a business owner is an all encompassing lifechoice, but it doesn’t have to be. If I had a time machine here are 3 things I would tell my younger entrepreneurial self.

1. Maximize what you are good at - one of the hardest things you can do is take a step back and trust your team to do the work at hand, but when you focus on what you are best at you will find your business grows leaps and bounds.
2. Strategize - Taking as breathe to see the forest through the trees and strategically plan out your future goals gives you clarity, a path to walk and the ability to prioritize towards the best possible future.
3. Systemize - There is no point running a big business with small business systems, implementing systems that allow you to scale will do just that - ALLOW YOU TO SCALE
