A few years ago, if someone had told me I'd be speaking on stages, coaching people from around the world, and building a business from my laptop...
I probably would have smiled and thought, "That's for someone else."

Back then, I was focused on working hard, paying bills, and doing my best for my family.

Today, I still work hard.
The difference is that I work with purpose.

I've learned that your future doesn't change because you wish for it.

It changes because one day you decide to believe you're capable of more.

That single decision changed my life.

This is us this morning ❤️

Learning, growing, and getting better at how we connect with our prospects.

And one thing I really love about what we talked about today…

It’s not about talking more.
It’s not about convincing people.
And definitely not about chasing anyone. 😂

It’s about learning how to ASK better questions and actually LISTEN.

What does this person really want?
Why do they want it?
What is holding them back?
And is what we have even the right fit for them?

Sometimes we get so excited about what we do that we want to explain EVERYTHING. 😂 I’ve been there!

But I’m learning that a good conversation is not about me doing all the talking.

It’s about helping the other person think.

That’s what we practiced this morning as a team.

Because we’re not just building a business here.

We’re learning skills.
We’re working on ourselves.
We’re becoming better communicators.
And we’re learning how to genuinely connect with people.

Always a student. Always growing. ❤️

🚨 **One income is starting to feel way too close to none.**

I saw today’s U.S. jobs report and it really made me think.

The U.S. unexpectedly lost **23,000 jobs in July** when economists were expecting around 80,000 new jobs.

And for me, this isn’t about creating fear.

It’s about awareness.

Because so many hardworking families are doing everything they’re supposed to do…

Going to work.
Paying the bills.
Taking care of the kids.
Trying to save.
Trying to get ahead.

But what happens if that one paycheck suddenly changes?

What happens if the company restructures?

What happens if your hours get reduced?

What happens if life simply throws something at you that you never planned for?

This is one of the biggest reasons I believe having a **Plan B matters.**

Not because you need to quit your job.

Not because everyone needs to become an entrepreneur tomorrow.

But because creating another source of income can give you options.

And options can give a family breathing room.

I spent many years building my career, and I’m grateful for everything it taught me.

But I also learned something:

**Depending completely on one source of income can leave us more vulnerable than we realize.**

So my question for you today is simple:

👉 If your main income disappeared tomorrow, what would your Plan B be?

You don’t have to have everything figured out today.

Just start thinking differently.

Start learning.

Start building.

Start creating options while you still have the opportunity to do it.

Because sometimes the best time to build your Plan B is **before you desperately need one.** ❤️

I thought working harder would eventually give me more freedom.

So I worked longer hours.
Skipped family moments.
Missed birthdays.
Stayed tired.

And convinced myself that one day it would all be worth it.

Then I realized something...
Hard work isn't the problem.
Working without leverage is.

Today, I still work hard—but I work differently.

I build.
I learn.
I serve.
I coach.
I create.

And little by little, I'm building a life where my family doesn't have to compete with my career.

Don't stop dreaming.
