Foresight Insurance - Commercial Insurance Program Specialist - West Coast - Remote
Position Summary:
Foresight Insurance is looking for an experienced Insurance Agency Training Specialist who will design and facilitate all insurance training programs across multiple lines of business. This role is all about working with assigned brokers/producers and educating them on Foresight Insurance plan offerings including our proprietary risk management software. In this role, you will work closely with leadership to form, plan, and execute objectives focused on learning and development initiatives geared toward commercial insurance producers and brokers.
The ideal candidate has a proven background in insurance agency training and has worked with commercial insurance brokers and agents. Workers Compensation experience is a must (General Liability favored) and a valid P&C license is required. This role will report directly to the VP of Business Development.

Responsibilities:
-Teach various insurance topics for assigned brokers and producers helping them to understand Foresight and Safesite Solutions insurance offerings.
-Create an end-to-end training curriculum for all lines of business including scheduling training with brokers and producers.
-Develop and maintain course materials, presentations, and OJT checklists, using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and HTML.
-Works closely with all company departments to optimize Foresight’s brand offering to the marketplace.
-Create and follow good documentation practices, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain training records.
Required Experience:
-At least 3-5 experience years working in P&C insurance.
-Minimum of 3 years experience providing instructor-led (classroom) training.
-Must have prior experience in sales or a customer relations-based role.
-Having an existing professional network of commercial insurance brokers is a plus.
-Valid Property and Casualty License.
-Strong instructor/facilitation skills.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Very strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
-Experience working in CRMs i.e. Salesforce, HubSpot (preferred).
