Not every deal is the right deal

What Real Estate Investors do to analyze deals, should also be applied to your business

a lot of times we just hop into things because "it looks like a good deal!"

I've seen hundreds of business owners fall into the money trap and just simply NOT do, the due diligence.

In fact, I've definitely been one of them.

When you analyze a deal in Business, here's what I look for:

Alignment with my personal and company values
Do they do what they say? and have a proven honesty and integrity record?

Cashflow and basic math :
do the numbers add up? does it make sense?

Impact: Does it create a LOT of POSITIVE impact? or is it subpar?

The week test:
would I travel for business for 7 days with this person..

and Finally:
Is this a fast cash escape route or an actual opportunity?

Only you can make these decisions, however, following principles, even though it might be a harder and longer road, is worth way more in the long term then in the short term game

Alignment is mission critical and involved several factors

Mission and Purpose: You are aligned spiritually with the work you are doing and you know it's your next best step

Wealth and Consciousness: You have no conflicting or resistant beliefs in the way of creating greatness

Actions and Behaviors: Your actions and behaviors are in alignment and line up with your business and mission and purpose goals - you don't get in the way behaviorally & create something entirely different

Cutting Deadweight: Removing things that keep you from the land of opportunity, and choosing quickly to eliminate things that don't serve your business and personal growth efficiently .

These are high caliber business and personal leadership principles that will pave the way as you take on the challenges that come your way when it comes to scaling with teams, sales, business, and unlocking higher versions of yourself

You'd be surprised just HOW many business owners I talk to that have

MIXED business and personal accounts

PERSONAL loans for BUSINESS

There's a reason for multiple accounts and here's why:

You can do taxes way easier, and allocate approximately 20% for taxes at the end of the year to a tax account

All your business expenses and credit cards are in one place

You are not confused on payments for business or for personal use

You can build a business credit line

You are more reputable

You can create multiple accounts for different services and have things much more organized and streamlined.

You never have to ask how much revenue you brought in, the numbers are all right there.

If you are serious about putting operations and systems in place, you gotta work on the major bottlenecks you have right now and smooth em out!

There's a lot of business owners that are taking "the slow" lane

that's not you, but I'm going to talk about it anyway

because there are some important gold nuggets

you see after working so hard, they hit a certain income, and then they plateau

sometimes they even stop doing what works

they end up repeating the same things, taking the same types of breaks, and living the same type of life

the problem is that they haven't even SEEN CLOSE to 1% of their potential in the slow lane

so they keep a close eye on the FAST lane and watch who is passing them up or going FAST - and bleat loudly about them

Now when you're over in the FAST lane, to you it's like watching sheep chewing in the pasture, they look at you and you pass them so fast.

you maybe get frustrated with them, not realizing that you are in the fast lane and you are slowing down to talk to them

what you need to focus on is the road ahead of you, and keeping your speed dial UP, while maintaining your engine integrity

These are elements of FAST principles, do more of the things that make you excited for life, and bring in cashflow, and less of the things that make you feel slow

To any Business Strategy 80% is mindset, and 20% is the actual strategy that gets you there.

When you're in the driver seat, you need to be able to think fast, and prioritize your energy according to what will lead you to the next destination that's on your map

it's not rocket science to book more sales and appointments:

here's how it works:

you use a strategy that is ALIGNED with your core values and your business principles

You get the hang of sales and have some levels of mastery

you stop thinking in terms of nuts and bolts and start thinking in terms of ENGINE

You hire people that will build alongside you

You then have leverage to scale your company

You can blow past the months you did as a solopreneur in no time

What you really need is to create PROXIMITY with your new people as often and as much as possible

If you lack proximity, you lack the basic fundamentals of business and relationship building that is required to have a relationship based business

Within 10 min on a call we had created a new employment contract for a lead crew position, for a potential candidate the following week
We also identified crucial bottlenecks in the business processes and leadership level, that when shifted, would massively drive new sales and speed within the team
And this was just ONE call

but that's not you

you've gotten to the point in your business where you recognize that you can't wear all the hats

and doing everything you have been and to continue to do would equal insanity

you would rather risk bringing on the right people and learning from the curves, then staying where you are at

this is the place mentally you need to have to scale and grow seriously

if you aren't willing to dive full on, pedal to the medal, and TRUST , and KNOW that it is working and that your team will succeed

you will remain solo - doing what you've done so far

there's nothing wrong with solopreneur ship, absolutely not , see because I believe that everyone has their own ship, some have rowboats, and some have cruise ships.

but a row boat can only handle certain types of water, and can go only so far in a days journey -

it's a simple matter of limitation in leverage

contrary to popular opinion you don't need a LOT of people, you just need several people that can do the work that 3 average people could a piece. Those are your rockstars

the ONE thing I want to leave you with, is that you don't need COMPLEXITY and tons of stuff to get started with scaling your operations, you just need to make the CHOICE and go ALL IN. TODAY.
