We won Most Innovative Product or Service at Society For Hospitality and Foodservice Management (SHFM) Show in Palm Springs this week!

We had an absolute blast demonstrating what a zero-waste office, hospital, or university coffee experience could look like with

Turns out the best way to keep a booth busy in 100° heat is endless Zolo New Orleans cold brew on tap. Sorry, poolside margaritas.

And, probably a surprise to no one, a show focused on hospitality did not disappoint. From the committee who encouraged us to join the show (special shoutout to Ricky Postiglione), to the other founders constantly making intros, to the impeccable food and speaker sessions, I was blown away.

As you can see in my face, I wasn’t expecting an award and certainly wasn’t dressed for one… but Tammy and I were absolutely thrilled to accept it!

No doubt there were setbacks for conservation and sustainability in 2024, and there will be more in 2025. But at Dispatch we have a “glass is half full” kind of culture, so we are choosing to highlight and celebrate the wins over the past year.

A big thank you to all the voters who supported the policies to ensure a healthier future for our planet and our children, and also a huge thank you to the current Administration for your efforts in preserving valuable land in the Western Arctic.

The is back. And since the world is drowning in single-use plastic, his resurgence is now more important than ever.

We wanted to highlight a few of our partners who are embracing the and doing their part to eliminate unnecessary waste. , , and combined have saved over 2 MILLION items from the waste stream to date. 🥳🙌

If just 3 companies can make that big of an impact… imagine if the Milkman Model was the standard instead of our current system? 🤔

Ah, the milkman: a common character trope of the early 20th century that many associate with packaging reuse. Throughout our years of collecting packaging, a few have commented to us: “Hey! You are like the modern-day milkman!” This is a good analogy in our minds. 😉

For our latest blog post, we give a high-level overview of why the milkman model, or packaging reuse, went away in the first place, and how it is coming back. Bringing back the milkman model not only cuts down on carbon emissions and plastic waste, but it also saves businesses money on packaging costs.

Cold chain logistics, or temperature-controlled shipping, is on the rise. From groceries to frozen meals to medications (including popular GLP-1 drugs like Ozempic), more and more consumers are opting for the convenience of home delivery. And while this may seem like an attractive option, cold chain unfortunately comes with its fair share of implications.
