My Best Buddies in California 2026 Tour has officially begun — starting with San Diego!

We had a BEAUTIFUL night at the Hilton La Jolla supporting life-changing opportunities for individuals with disabilities to find jobs, make friends, and become leaders in their communities 🫶🏽♥️

I haven’t done Best Buddies San Diego’s Gala since 2023, and I’m SO happy to share that this year’s live auction raised nearly as much as last year’s — with only 4 items compared to last year’s 10!! We also had unexpected gifts come in at our top giving levels during our Bid From the Heart Paddle Raise, making it their most successful paddle raise since 2023!

I love this org so much. I love this team so much. And I love the friendships I’ve made with Best Buddies staff and participants throughout California and across the country over the last NINE YEARS as their auctioneer!

Can’t wait to see all my friends at the Best Buddies Los Angeles Gala tonight! Let’s freaking GO!! 🙌🏽

East Bay Center For the Performing Arts Gala — over $380,000 raised!! Goal exceeded!!! 🫶🏽💖✨🎶

Oh, how I love EVERYTHING about this wonderful community and organization that provides life-changing programs & opportunities to youth in Richmond — entirely tuition-free! 💜 My favorite part every year is getting to work with my dear friend from high school Ruthie Dineen (who ahappens to be East Bay Center for the Performing Arts’s extraordinary Executive Director!) 😍. It was the BEST getting to see her sweet sister Elena too!!

It was an absolutely beautiful night of heart and generosity. We had unexpected gifts come in at our top giving levels and raised more at nearly every level than ever before — for what I can only imagine was a record-breaking night for this very special place. I’m SO happy for the whole team and all the very deserving youth who will benefit from last night’s incredible generosity. ALL THE JOYS getting to be part of this beautiful event!! Congratulations EBCPA!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽

California Interfaith Power & Light’s 2026 Cool Climate Awards Gala 🫶🏽🌎

Fundraising goals achieved — including unexpected gifts coming in at our top paddle raise level!! And all in support of bringing faith communities together to take meaningful action on climate change, environmental justice, and protecting our planet for future generations. 🙏🏽

It was an inspiring night filled with hope and excitement as we learned about all the great ways California is leading the way in environmental justice. It was also wonderful to see several familiar faces from some of my other environmental and Episcopal nonprofit clients! 🥰

What a joy to be part of such a special event for such an important cause. Congratulations, CIPL! 🙌🏽🌎💚

What an absolute privilege to be part of Amazon Watch Official’s 30th Anniversary Amplify Gala and share the stage with so many remarkable women helping lead the fight to protect the Amazon in solidarity with Indigenous communities! 💪🏽💚

There’s an extra special place in my heart for organizations working so hard to protect our earth for all of us. The energy at these events always feels especially powerful, and the generosity and giving momentum last night were astounding.

In honor of the 30th anniversary, I challenged the crowd to make 30 donations at our $1,000 giving level. Hands went up sooo quickly and enthusiastically—it was amazing! We reached 24 gifts, and then an incredible framed photograph by award-winning photographer Felipe Jacome from his collection “Spill,” documenting Indigenous communities affected by oil extraction in Ecuador, was offered to the last donor at that level. The crowd responded with 11 additional donations—for a total of $35,000 raised at that level alone!

I LOVED getting to work alongside so many badass women during the planning of this event and am so grateful to have been part of such a special night. And I walked away with a beautiful new pair of handmade earrings from the Amazon! 😍

HUGE congratulations to Amazon Watch on such a successful night, and thank you for all the important work you do for all of us. 🙏🏽🌎💚

The first month of fall auction season was a busy one! More than $4.3 MILLION raised this month for an incredible variety of nonprofits making a real difference in the world. 💸💖

From providing healthy food to those facing serious illness, to hospice care, arts education & accessibility, helping move people out of homelessness & addiction, supporting individuals facing cancer, advocating for foster youth, granting wishes for children with critical illnesses, and providing accessible mental health care to anyone who needs it.

The end of this month marks the completion of 42 auctions so far for me in 2026 — nearly $22 MILLION raised so far this year — with 15+ more auctions to go! I’m so grateful to all of my wonderful clients for trusting me to represent their important missions, for the opportunity to play a small part in supporting their meaningful work, and to be doing the work I know without a doubt I was put on this earth to do. 🙏🏽🩵✨

Another beautiful Night of Inspiration Gala for One Life Counseling Center, supporting accessible mental health care for anyone in the community who needs it. This work is so important and critical, and I’m so glad the sold-out evening was such a wonderful success!

This was my 3rd year getting to be MC & Auctioneer for this very special event, and each year, the team requests a song 🥰. In addition to opening the program with a custom-written song encouraging guests to show their support and make a difference throughout the night, since yesterday was 9/25 Dolly Day, I appropriately closed out fundraising by singing “9 to 5” after raising nearly $6,000 (more than ever!) at our final giving level. Guests clapped, sang and danced along, and it was such a delight!

Congratulations, One Life, on a very well-deserved and successful night of fundraising, and THANK YOU for the incredibly important work you do for thousands of individuals! 💛🙏🏽🫶🏽

Last night’s gala for the Ferrari Owners Charitable Foundation’s 15th annual FOG RALLY by FOCF was SO. MUCH. FUN!! 🏎️❤️✨

We broke ALL the fundraising records, raising far more than ever before in both our Live Auction AND Fund-A-Need!! All in support of Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area and other local nonprofit beneficiaries serving children. ❤️

The auction featured unbelievable, premium, exclusive experiences that you couldn’t buy anywhere else — and this crowd took my “if you really want something, jump the bid as high as you want and shout it out!” rule VERY seriously 😂. They were SO much fun!! It was so great to see the wonderful Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area team too. All of us are SO happy with the incredible success of the night!

THANK YOU to everyone who showed up and gave so generously to support Bay Area children, and HUGE congratulations to FOCF on a record-breaking night!! Amazing!!

Last night wrapped a full week of 3 back-to-back events with an incredibly special evening supporting Marin CASA!

This was my 2nd year as MC & Auctioneer for this beautiful gala, and once again, I was so moved by the remarkable generosity and heart in this room. We heard from former foster youth and their CASAs who shared powerful stories about the impact having that one consistent, caring adult in their lives can make.

This crowd was SO much fun during the live auction — AND during our Last Bidder game at the $250 paddle raise level, which brought in a record-breaking 51 donations for a diamond necklace! 🤩🙌🏽

So happy for another incredibly successful gala for this amazing organization, so beautifully produced by CARRIE ELIZABETH EVENTS formerly known as BOHEME EVENTS. And I LOVED getting to have my bestie Shawna Ferris McNulty working this event with me as Floor Master/lead bidspotter! 🥰

Congratulations, Marin CASA, and thank you to everyone who showed up SO generously for these very deserving kids! 🙏🏽💚

Now, time to prep for two more back-to-backs this week! 😅

Another beautiful evening supporting the arts at Sebastopol Center for the Arts annual North Star Gala! 🌟🤩💛

We raised more than ever in last night’s live auction, with our top seller — an original Jack Stuppin painting donated by his wife Diane from her personal collection — selling for $11,500! It was the most any item has ever sold for at this gala, and such a special way to honor Jack’s legacy while supporting the arts in a region that meant so much to him. 💛

We heard from a little girl named Ruby (pictured), who began her journey as an artist at SebArts. She submitted her first ceramic piece through blind submission for a gallery exhibition, and not only was it accepted — it was the first piece to sell, AND to an art collector!! I can’t wait to see where Ruby’s journey as an artist takes her 🥰

This was my 3rd year in a row getting to be MC & Auctioneer for this event and, as always, it was an inspiring night filled with so much heart. So grateful to be part of it and among this incredibly kind community for another year. Congratulations, SebArts, on another successful North Star Gala! 🌟 One more auction to go tonight to wrap an incredible week of fundraising!
