🎭 “You should get an Academy Award!”

That was the (very generous!) comment after today’s Challenging Conversations session with a brilliant group of aspiring leaders.

Yes, I stepped into a few roles—
👥 a teammate
🤝 a peer
👩‍💼 their boss

I brought in:
🧰 the actor’s toolbox
🗣 the SBI feedback model
🎯 and my own coaching perspective

But this wasn’t a performance.

This was rehearsal.
✨ For courage.
✨ For clarity.
✨ For growth.

My job?
✅ Hold up the mirror
✅ Offer real-time coaching
✅ Help them practice the hard stuff—with heart

Not to steal the show,
but to support their transformation.

The real stars of the day?
The leaders who dared to show up, try something new, and keep growing.

Grateful to be the supporting actor in the room. 💪🙌
