Where would we be without our community?
During the last couple of months, we migrated all our systems to an upgraded, more secure, and robust tech stack to improve our service capability and output. We can proudly say that a vast majority of our customers already reporting improved results when using our solution to obtain custom-formatted transcriptions for their content.
Though we have a new AI-powered solution, the success has only been possible because of the great work of our proven and perfected Human-in-the-loop process. Maintaining contextual nuance and meaning in every output delivered has been the key to our success.
We are immensely grateful to the network of transcription quality control experts and transcribers that we have painstakingly built, that enables our customers to trust us when it comes to their transcription requirements. The adaptability of this community and their constant support have ensured little to no disruption. With that, we have provided the best service possible sticking true to our foundational pillar of maintaining 99.9% accuracy on our outputs even during a phase of migration.
With all this, we have also been able to scale our custom-formatting solution to newer heights, and clients from the court reporting industry are experiencing a new dimension to Scribie’s solutions. All with the enhanced capabilities of the same community that has become a part of the core of Scribie.
