Hoarder? Not me. When you've been collecting spirits for so many years, sometimes you stumble upon one that you've just nipped at over the years but never got around to finishing. I'm trying to go through my collection to thin it out, one glass at a time.

This one has indeed been in the trophy case since it was barrel number one, but it's time to go and it is indeed yummy. Since I acquired this bottle probably 20ish years ago and it's a 5-year-old brandy, I assume it was distilled in the late '90s, probably by Jörg. Thoughts, Lance?

Come by Elixir today as does a live painting in the parklet and sells some of her artwork inside. A great way to pick up some holiday gifts and support a local artist. I kicked off the Elixir 22nd Anniversary Party by hanging out with my BC buddy Neil McCullagh. We had a great dinner at Dancing Yak and a good hang at Elixir. One of my favorite things about Elixir anniversaries is that I see friends from all parts of my life.
