Red Flag Warning due to very dry conditions and wind (30-40 mph) was just announced and will be in place until Wed. at 8 p.m. for many areas of the North Bay including parts of Sonoma and Napa counties. :( We have been very lucky for the past two years not to have this kind of conditions. Fingers-crossed that no fires get started (and people behave themselves with all that could cause a fire).

I am opening up after several years to help nonprofits again. My specialty areas are micro start ups -- that means most folks starting up their own nonprofits in the State of CA. Don't forget nonprofits, you have inexpensive helpful resources in CA, including Cal Nonprofits. Get all you need to understand how and when to file your yearly paperwork to government entities, plus seminars, etc. :)
