For the Burlingame Community Center, Priority Architectural Graphics partnered with Group 4 Architecture, and BHM Construction to deliver a comprehensive signage package that enhances both the building’s identity and visitor experience. The dimensional exterior lettering creates a strong, welcoming presence that complements the facility’s contemporary design, while the interior signage program provides clear, accessible navigation throughout the space.

At Healthpeak Portside, signage was designed to do more than identify a destination; it was created to strengthen campus identity and elevate the arrival experience.

Working alongside Hathaway Dinwiddie and Selbert Perkins, Priority Architectural Graphics delivered a series of monument and pylon signs featuring a refined negative-space illumination effect, creating a distinctive presence both day and night. Precision fabrication, engineered detailing, and premium materials came together to achieve a clean, sophisticated aesthetic while ensuring long-term durability and performance.

The result is a cohesive wayfinding and branding solution that enhances curb appeal, supports navigation, and establishes a strong visual presence within South San Francisco’s competitive life sciences market.
