Love doesn't begin when the right person arrives. 🦋

It begins with the relationship you're building with yourself today: how you speak to yourself, what you accept, and what you truly need.

That's why I created Rooted in You, a gentle, step-by-step relationship course that guides you through five stages:

1. Reflection – recognize your patterns
2. Release – let go of what no longer serves you
3. Ownership – take your power back
4. Alignment – know what you want, and why
5. Practice – live a new way of relating

If you're ready to begin your next chapter, comment ROOTED and I'll send you the link.

Sending you love,
Julianne

Self-love isn't a bubble bath. 🦋

So often we put ourselves last, after work, family and everyone else's needs. But self-love isn't a reward we earn once everything is done. It's the small, everyday choices we make for ourselves:

- Knowing what truly refills you
- Keeping a gentle routine, even on hard days
- Protecting your sleep
- Taking quiet time to listen to your own intuition

What's one small thing you do just for yourself? I'd love to hear in the comments.

Sending you love,
Julianne

Your circle shapes your love life. 🦋

Jim Rohn once said, "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with."

The people around us quietly teach us how to love: how to talk through disagreements, how to show appreciation, and what we accept in a relationship.

Is there a couple in your life whose love you truly admire? Tag them or tell us about them in the comments. I'd love to hear what makes their relationship special. 💛

Sending you love,
Julianne

Before you send that text… pause. 🦋

We've all been there. Someone doesn't reply, or says something that stings, and we want to respond right away. But a few quiet moments can change the whole conversation.

Before you hit "send," ask yourself these four questions:

1. What am I feeling?
2. What story am I telling myself?
3. What do I actually know?
4. What response aligns with who I'm becoming?

Then decide how you want to respond.

Have you ever sent a message you wished you'd waited on? You're not alone. Share your experience in the comments.

Sending you love,
Julianne

Many of us are better friends to others than we are to ourselves. 🦋

When someone we love is hurting, we're gentle with them. We remind them of their worth and tell them it's going to be okay.

But when things don't go the way we hoped, we can be our own harshest critic.

Today, try speaking to yourself the way you would to a dear friend, with patience, kindness, and understanding. You deserve that same care.

How do you usually speak to yourself after a disappointment? I'd love to hear in the comments.

Sending you love,
Julianne

Are you open to the love you're asking for? 🦋

Many of us want love but quietly keep our guard up: deflecting compliments, doing everything ourselves, and holding back so we can't get hurt.

The first chapter of my guide, Naturally Attract Love, is about expanding your capacity to love and be loved. It comes with journaling exercises and affirmations to help you open up, one step at a time.

Comment ATTRACT and I'll send it to you.

Release does not mean erase. 🦋

Your past experiences deserve to be understood. But they don't get to keep making your choices for you.

Sometimes we carry beliefs about love that were formed in old moments:
"People always leave."
"Love is hard."
"I have to prove my value."

This weekend, try finishing this sentence:
"I am ready to release the belief that ___, because I now choose to believe ___."

Share yours below if you feel brave, and save this for when you need it.

Sending you love,
Julianne

You can check every box and still miss the connection. 🦋

As a matchmaker, I often meet clients who come to me with their list: a certain height, a certain career, a particular look, an exact age.

Having preferences is natural. But when the list becomes the focus, you can overlook someone who could truly be a meaningful partner.

Instead, notice how you feel in their presence:
Do you feel comfortable being yourself?
Do you feel heard, respected and valued?
Are you curious about them?
Do their actions build trust over time?

Think about how you want to feel in a relationship, not what someone does or what they have.

Save this for your next first date, and send it to a friend with a very long list.

Sending you love,
Julianne

Rejection is redirection. 🦋

When someone doesn't choose you, it can bring up that tender question: Am I enough?

Before you turn their decision into a story about your worth, pause. One person's inability or unwillingness to meet you where you are does not determine your value.

You're allowed to feel disappointed. You're allowed to grieve what you hoped it could become. And then you can move forward without abandoning yourself.

Ask yourself:
What did this teach me about what I need?
What do I value?
How do I want to be loved?

Let your answers guide you toward a connection where interest is mutual, effort is shared, and you never have to convince someone to choose you.

Choose yourself, and stay open for the right one.

Sending you love,
Julianne

After a date, most of us ask one question: Do they like me?

Try these instead: How do I feel around them? Do I like who I am when I am with them? 🦋

Your answer tells you more than any text ever will.

Send this to someone who's overthinking a date right now.
