Once the lawful detainer is filed and served (usually within 24 hours) we will send you a written progress report with a case status as to when the tenants last day to respond is, the default date and the estimated time the sheriff will perform final eviction. Since most of our fees are set at a flat rate, (uncontested as well as contested evictions) there are no additional billings for questions, emails, phone calls, and because our fees are mostly set at a flat rate there is no incentive not to get the job done in the quickest manner possible.
