Last week we had a fantastic time hosting the Scottish Development International Trivia Night at Werqwise with their MarketBooster companies including Halo, Neuranics, Fanbase , and Antaia. We're proud to partner with the MarketBooster program to help selected Scottish science and tech companies enter and scale in the US market, as well as immerse themselves in Silicon Valley with local support and connections. We're excited to be sitting in the front seat and watch their growth these next weeks!

Since opening in 2018, 149 has been home to thousands of members and the backdrop to so many defining moments. Panels, pitch nights, conferences, startup cohorts, celebrations, and the countless conversations that turned into real ideas, partnerships, and friendships.

Companies were started here. Co-founders met. Capital was raised. Businesses scaled and exits achieved. People built careers, found their community, made lifelong friends and, in some cases, even fell in love.

To every member, partner, community supporter, and broker who made 149 what it became, thank you. You brought the space to life.

While this is a bittersweet moment, we’re incredibly excited for what’s ahead. Our two new FiDi locations at 465 California and 235 Pine will be open for tours and day passes starting Monday, April 6th.

We were honored to host the largest SF Ben Hub to date right here at Werqwise SF during Dreamforce!

From 8 a.m. breakfasts to evening happy hours, our 4th-floor lounge was buzzing with the Salesforce Ben crew, their partners, and sponsors - Ascendix, Whatfix, Breadwinner, Orion, Kyni, Application Perfection, and eCloudsHealth.

Between insightful panels featuring some of the most influential Salesforce voices, great conversations, and plenty of coffee, it was inspiring to see such an engaged community come together under one roof. Thanks to everyone who made the week unforgettable!

Blink and you'll miss it. From first getting the keys to the final touches - see how our newest location, Werqwise Telegraph Hill, came to life.

In just a few short weeks, our apiro modular system transformed 1301 Sansome Street from a blank canvas into a fully realized workspace - complete with frameless glass offices, advanced soundproofing, and a vibrant lounge ready for members to connect.

Last night, the Werqwise San Francisco lounge transformed into the haunted heart of the Louisiana Bayou for our annual Halloween celebration - Whispers From The Bayou 🌙 💀

From eerie fog and flickering lanterns to live performances by Tranceparent, Jane Blonde & The Goldfingers, and Colibri, it was a night to remember.
