On April 8, one of Ukraine’s most professional recording studios, **Oshermix**, hosted the official registration of another Ukrainian record. The record was established in the **Arts** category by sound producer **Yurii Lych**, whose remarkable career includes an extraordinary achievement: from 1997 through 2017, he recorded, mixed, and mastered **200 compact discs (CDs)**.

To congratulate the record holder and officially document the achievement, **Ihor Pidchibiy**, Director of the National Project *Book of Records of Ukraine*, traveled to the Kyiv recording studio. Also attending the award ceremony were **Dima Gershenzon, Viktor Pavlik, Viktor Hordieiev, and Alla Lych**.

Yurii Lych is one of Ukraine’s most talented sound producers and serves as Head of the Kyiv Regional Branch of the **Union of Sound Engineers of Ukraine**. He later worked with the **Kyiv Association of Musical Ensembles (KOMA)** in Kyiv.

He also worked at the **Cherkasy Philharmonic** as a member of the Ukrainian rock band **XX Century**, simultaneously serving as both sound engineer and vocalist.

Audiences could hardly understand what was happening: the sound engineer would leave the mixing console, change clothes, perform a vocal set on stage, and then return to the console.
