Boutwell is a 26-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry, specializing in office leasing with extensive experience in tenant and property representation. He has sold, leased or subleased over seven million square feet of commercial space in the San Francisco Bay Area. Meade has developed strong relationships with both tenants and owners in the San Francisco office marketplace. In the a

rea of office tenant representation, he has worked with clients such as Merrill Lynch, General Re, Citigroup and Comcast. Meade has also worked with many prominent property owners, including Morgan Stanley, Prudential Real Estate Investors, TIAA-CREF, MetLife and New York Life Insurance Company. Meade is a leading advocate for sustainable real estate and is one of the first sales professionals in San Francisco to receive the LEED AP for Existing Buildings credential. Green Building Council’s Northern California Chapter and is an Executive Member of CB Richard Ellis’ Sustainability Practice Group. Meade also serves on the Board of Directors of NAIOP and BOMA San Francisco and is an active member of the local chapters of CoreNet Global and ULI.
