I read a short article called “Business Students Learn almost nothing about how to manage a high engagement organization,” by the HBR. I would add to the list of ways to improve student experience is that business schools need to teach students to trust and engage their future employees rather than make all decisions by themselves.

EWP is starting a new engagement with Women's Initiative for Self-Employment in San Francisco. Women’s Initiative is a well known and established non-profit dedicated to comprehensive business trainings for women that want to start their own businesses. Women’s Initiative is a fantastic organization and we are very proud to be working with them to improve the decision-making capabilities of their organization.
